What is an eSIM?
It is a SIM card built into your phone. Instead of plastic you install a digital profile: scan a QR code and the operator appears in your settings as a second line.
Does my phone support eSIM?
iPhone XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, plus most recent flagships. Quick check: dial *#06# — if the response includes an EID, your phone supports eSIM.
Do I keep my own number?
Yes. The eSIM works as a second line and your main SIM stays active, so calls and texts still reach you while data runs over the eSIM.
When does the validity period start?
For most plans it starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination country, not at purchase — so you can safely install the profile before you travel.
What if the data does not work?
Message our support in Telegram. We will look into it and refund you if the plan failed through our fault.
Can I use a hotspot?
Yes, tethering works on most plans. Any restrictions are stated in the plan description.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes — your eSIMs and orders live in it. Sign up by email on the website or log in through Telegram in the mini app: it is the same account either way.
